How I love thee, Asian-style Noodle Soup

I don't know how authentic this recipe is. And frankly, I don't care.

What I do know is it's delicious.

Super easy to make, and totally customizeable.

Vegetable variations I use are bok choy, mushrooms, and/or snap peas.

Throw some diced up chicken breast, leftover pork tenderloin, or tofu in for a protein boost.

Never Buy Taco Seasoning Packs Again

Google is a wonderful thing.

Was about to make some Mexican food for dinner tonight, and realized I didn't have any taco seasoning. What am I gonna do?

Found this wickedly delicious make at home version, and it was awesome.

1 tablespoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon black pepper

Try it out next time you're craving a spicy enchilada!
